Celebrity Spotlight: Oscar's 2017 Best Looks

Hollywood's big night is here, the Oscars! There were many great works up for the film community's greatest honor, including Moonlight, La La Land, Manchester by the Sea, Fences, and Hidden Figures. We'll leave the awards to the Academy, we are here for the fashion. Let's get into the best looks of the night!

Emma Stone channels old Hollywood glamour with this gown by Givenchy Haute Couture, fitting as she won Best Actress for her old Hollywood inspired role in La La Land. The golden gown blends and compliments her peachy skin tone so she can rock a bold burgundy lip for an extra dose of glam. Because her dress is so elegantly detailed, a classic chandelier earring finishes the look with refined class.

Janelle Monáe has been one of our favorites to watch on the red carpet this year for her unconventional style that is always a refreshing surprise. With leading roles in both Moonlight and Hidden Figures, this definitely is a great debut to acting for the singer. Janelle is wearing an Elie Saab Haute Couture dress that uses applique as a pattern over sheer fabrics that gives off a regal quality. Headbands were a big trend item on the red carpet, and we love how her's compliments her queen-like look.

Hailee Steinfeld made her first debut on the Oscars red carpet back in 2010 for True Grit. She attended this year as a presenter in a floral romantic dress by Ralph & Russo Couture that was an absolute stunner. The dress is sheer and romantic with iridescent floral patterning, and we love that she complimented the dress with a smoked out eye that worked with dress's softness and added some edge. A perfect dreamy look that made Hailee a real belle of the ball.
