Return Policy

Beautyofasite.com is committed to offering the finest products to our customers at the best possible price. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return any unused product(s) within 15 days from purchase for an exchange. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service (info@beautyofasite.com or 888-826-8578) within 7 days from delivery of your order. Provide us with your order number, products to return and reason for return.
  2. After you receive your return authorization number, securely pack the product to be returned in their original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories.
  3. Return the product to the address provided within 15 days of purchase with your Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package. Please send your return package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured. We can not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request postal parcel or UPS tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned product(s) any credit due will be processed within 14 business days.

Returned product(s) must be in the original condition in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit, or product(s) received more than 15 days after purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on cosmetics, hair brushes or hair accessories. Sale items and discontinued merchandise are not returnable.

Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the product(s) less original shipping & handling costs and a 5% restocking fee. If you have requested an exchange, the new shipping confirmation will serve as notice that we have received your return and a new shipment is on its way. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Damaged Shipments

Call or email us immediately to notify us of a damaged shipment. Please send along a picture and description of the damaged product(s) and the packaging. We are happy to refund or reship item after we have this documentation and will start a shipping damage claim with the shipping provider on your behalf. Please keep the damaged box and product(s) up to 1 week, in case the shipping provider needs to retrieve the damages. Replacement product(s) will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge.
