You asked for it...
Beauty of a Site is proud to introduce product reviews! When we sent a survey to the members of our email community in February (not subscribed to our email? Click here to join!), we found that many of our customers were anxious to read reviews and be able to rate our products. We want you to be able to learn from other customers, share your opinions and leave feedback about your Beauty of a Site experience every time you try our products!To start leaving reviews, follow these simple instructions:
1. To display your first name along with your comment, please login to your Beauty of a Site account (or create one- it's easy!) in the upper right hand corner of any screen (pictured at right). If you'd prefer not to login, your name will show up as "anonymous user."2. Navigate to any product page, either by searching for the product, selecting the brand from the drop down menu, or selecting a product category. Scroll down to the section below the product description titled "product reviews." If no one has left a review, the section will look like this:
Click the link that says "Click here to rate this product" to begin.
3. A smaller window will pop up (see right) that will give you the opportunity to assign a star rating to your product & Beauty of a Site experience as well as a section to leave a comment and product review. If a window does not pop up, consider checking your internet browser's pop up settings. Feel free to share your opinion of the product's functionality, packaging, shipping & customer service experience. When you are finished, click "Submit."
4. Once you've successfully left your feedback, the comments will show up in the order that they were left, with the newest product review or comment showing up near the top. Again, if you were signed in, your first name will be displayed. Otherwise, your comment will be labeled "anonymous user."
