OPI Brilliance Block is a dual nail buffer. Remove imperfections from nails with the green side, then bring nails to a high shine with the white side. This buffer works for both artificial & natural nails and is gentle on both nails & cuticles. All four sides have grit for extended usage! 1000/4000 grit for finishing & polishing.
