Blinc developed Grand Lash Primer for people that have very short/thin lashes, or those that require ENORMOUS volume & length (and who doesn't?). Conditioning and lash protection elements help you keep your lashes strong and oh so healthy. Instructions For Use: Before mascara is applied, keep applying Grand Lash Primer to noticeably lengthen and thicken lashes. When desired volume, length and separation is achieved, allow 30 seconds to set. Then apply mascara.
