"I sent an email regarding an order that I needed before I left the country. I received a call from a very nice woman in customer service. She had indicated that the order was put in for next day air, but something happened on your end and it was being delivered ups ground regular delivery.
This wonderful woman put in a new order for me, had the other order sent back to your company and I was able to receive the product I wanted in time for my departure outside of the country for the month.
Thanks so much for this wonderful customer service and when I am back in the USA you will be sure I will use your company!!!!! Thanks for the great gifts you sent too!!!

"WOW!!!!!
Thank you SO much! This box was such a great thing to
come home to - I have a 9-month old baby who is of
course wonderful but I'm on the go constantly between
him and my life as a musician, so pampering has become
a thing long-forgotten!
I had so much fun coming home after symphony rehearsal
tonight (went to grad school in that other Bloomington
in Indiana, by the way...!), pouring a glass of wine
and unwrapping each wonderful piece of the beauty box!
I love it all and can't wait to get to know some new
brands - and indulge in some I already know and love!
The choice of color for the eyeshadow, by the way, is
PERFECT as I have green eyes and sort-of-blonde hair.
