In 2000, 2 sisters founded Not Soap, Radio in hopes to have fun & just do something together. As they had moved around the country in their careers, they understood the annoyance of broken, un-travelable beauty products. That's why this line travels extremely well - most are one-dose, disposable or multi-dose. Let alone, these products are made to give - what more do you want?

And where did the name come from? We're so glad you asked! It comes from the punchline of a joke the owners used to tell with their friends. And here it is: "There are two polar bears taking a bath. One polar bear says to the other, 'Please pass the soap.' The other bear turns to him and says, 'Not Soap, Radio.' " And we here at BOAS are glad a nonsense joke between sisters & friends could bring us all such wonderful products!
