Pucker up pronto with this get-luscious-lips trick. Trace right outside the edge of your mouth with a pencil that exactly matches your lip color. "This gives lips a fuller outline for color to stick to," says Morgen Schick DeMann, author of Your Makeover (Universe, 2000). Swipe on a lipstick a few shades lighter than your liner and blot.
